Platinum and Diamond members are assigned a personal account manager reachable directly via WhatsApp — on hand to assist with any needs, 24/7.

Pepsi77 never forgets your special day. Enjoy free credit bonuses on your birthday and exclusive gifts during major Malaysian celebrations like Hari Raya and CNY.
Diamond members accumulate points 3 times faster than regular members. Every bet brings you closer to your next reward at a significantly quicker pace.
Gold members and above automatically receive monthly lucky draw tickets, with prizes including cash, holidays, and high-value electronic devices.
Platinum and Diamond members gain access to exclusive VIP Live Casino tables with higher betting limits of up to RM50,000 per hand and a dedicated dealer.
Your pepsi77 VIP account is protected by additional security layers, including two-factor authentication and 24-hour activity monitoring for your peace of mind.
The pepsi77 VIP Rewards Program is designed not as a side perk, but as the core of how we recognise every player who chooses to stay with us. Unlike loyalty programs on some platforms that are packed with hidden conditions and confusing wagering limits, pepsi77 takes a more transparent and player-friendly approach.
Every MYR you deposit and wager on pepsi77 — whether at the Live Casino tables, Sports Betting platform, slots, or e-sports — is automatically counted towards your VIP progress. No separate registration needed, no manual upgrade requests. Our system tracks your progress, and when you hit the next VIP tier threshold, the upgrade happens automatically so you can start enjoying your new benefits right away.
One of the most valued VIP benefits among pepsi77 players is the weekly cashback. Every Monday, pepsi77 calculates your net losses from the previous week and credits the applicable percentage directly to your account. Bronze members receive 5% of net losses back, while Diamond members enjoy a rate of up to 20%.
Say you're a Gold member at pepsi77 and you've wagered RM2,000 over the week with a net loss of RM500. With 12% cashback, pepsi77 will credit RM60 directly to your account every Monday. It might seem modest week to week, but over a year that can add up to RM3,000 or more – money you can put back into play or withdraw outright.
What makes pepsi77 cashback stand out is how straightforward the terms are. No steep wagering requirements, no expiry pressure. Cashback is credited every Monday and can be used or withdrawn within 7 days. This is one of the main reasons pepsi77 players prefer our platform over the competition.
Once you reach Platinum tier at pepsi77, your experience changes significantly. You no longer wait in the general customer support queue – instead, you're assigned a dedicated personal account manager. This person is your single point of contact at pepsi77, someone who knows your gaming profile and is reachable directly via WhatsApp or phone.
Your pepsi77 personal account manager can help with a wide range of things – from questions about the latest promotions and managing betting limits, to express withdrawal requests and recommendations on games or tournaments you might enjoy. They'll also reach out proactively to let you know about exclusive offers that aren't publicly listed on the site.
For pepsi77 Diamond members, this level of treatment goes even further. On top of a personal account manager, Diamond members receive invitations to exclusive events organised by pepsi77 — including gala appreciation nights, exclusive sporting events, and VIP player gatherings. This is more than just a betting platform — it's a community.
Pepsi77's reward points system works like a loyalty currency you accumulate every time you play. Unlike other loyalty programs where points expire after a few months, pepsi77 points have no expiry date as long as your account remains active. That means you can build them up gradually and redeem whenever it suits you.
The rate at which you earn points depends on the game type. Slots offer the highest return at 120 points per RM100 wagered, followed by Live Casino at 100 points and football at 80 points. Higher VIP tiers come with a multiplier – Gold gets 2x, Platinum 2.5x, and Diamond 3x – meaning a Diamond member playing slots earns 360 points per RM100!
Accumulated points can be redeemed in several ways. The most popular option is converting them to gaming credits at a rate of 1,000 points = RM10. You can also use points to enter exclusive tournaments, redeem physical gifts from the pepsi77 rewards catalogue, or exchange them for additional lucky draw tickets.
The pepsi77 VIP Program is designed to reward loyalty, not to encourage excessive betting. We actively monitor the gaming patterns of VIP members and will reach out if we notice any concerning signs.
Every VIP member can set their own daily and weekly deposit limits within their account at any time. For more information on how to play safely and responsibly, please visit the Responsible Gaming page.

Pepsi77 also celebrates Malaysian festivities together with our VIP members. During Hari Raya Aidilfitri, VIP Gold members and above will receive a special credit bonus credited directly to their accounts — and the same applies for Chinese New Year, Malaysia Day, and other major celebrations. The bonus amount varies according to your VIP tier and your gaming activity history from the previous month.
On your birthday, pepsi77 offers a special gift tailored to your VIP tier. Bronze members receive RM20 in free credits on their birthday. Diamond members get a surprise gift of greater value — the exact nature and amount depends on your VIP profile, but it always exceeds expectations. This is pepsi77's way of showing that we truly value each of our loyal members on a personal level.
Pepsi77 VIP members don't have to wait long to access their winnings. The priority withdrawal system ensures that VIP withdrawal requests are processed ahead of standard accounts. Diamond members enjoy withdrawals completed within 1 hour via DuitNow or Touch 'n Go eWallet — no lengthy manual procedures, no additional documents required.

"I've been playing on pepsi77 for over a year now and I'm a Gold member. The 12% Monday cashback is legit — I did the math and over 3 months I got back more than RM800 in cashback alone. "I'm a Diamond member at pepsi77 and the experience is genuinely different from any other platform. Withdrawals in 1 hour — that's not just a marketing line, it actually happens within 1 hour. "I just moved up to Platinum last week and immediately received a RM500 bonus credited to my account. My personal account manager reached out to me on WhatsApp right away to introduce themselves. Now whenever I have a question, I just message them directly — it's faster than regular live chat. My reward points have also accumulated enough to redeem a holiday package to Bangkok.
